Do I receive an email after a sale?

Yes. The customer and the merchant both receive a confirmation message. You can even customize the e-mail received by the customer in the Email & Communications section under the Settings tab.


The e-mail is sent automatically after the completion of the purchase. It contains the following information:

–       The order number;
–       The date of the order;
–       The shipping coordinates;
–       The billing coordinates (first name, last name, address, country, postal code, phone number, fax number, etc.);
–       The names of the purchased products;
–       The shipping/handling fees;
–       The subtotal, taxes (GST/QST if applicable), the total cost of the order;
–       The payment type (Paypal).
–       Your personal message (if available);
