How to set up automations

Would you like to automate certain actions during specific events on your online store, such as an abandoned shopping cart?

It’s now possible with Panierdachat!

Note: To access this feature, you must have at least a GOLD package.

  • Access to Automations
     In your administration, go to the left-hand menu and click on MANAGEMENT, then on Automation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Create an Automation
     This page lists all your automations. If you don’t have any, click on the “Create an automation” button at the top right of the page.

  • Set up automation
    You will be redirected to the automation creation form.

    • Part 1 : Configure the parameters of your automation, such as its name, the delay between execution and event triggering, and the type of event to listen for.
    • Part 2 : This section is dynamic and varies depending on the type of event selected in the first part. Currently, Panierdachat offers the abandoned cart event. This FAQ focuses on this event.

When a cart is abandoned, you can send a follow-up email to your potential customer. You can create your own follow-up template through this automation.

    • Use a Template : If creating an email template is too tedious, you can choose a template from our partner’s website through this URL.https://unlayer.com/templates
      • Once the template is selected, copy the URL and paste it into the text field of the form, located at the top right of the template builder, then press ‘Enter’

 

  • Save your Automation

    You can now save your automation. It will trigger during the next event.If you choose not to use a custom template, the default template provided by Panierdachat will be sent to your customer.
