After Copenhagen, with its modern style and left-fixed vertical menu, Madrid brings you a new modern style with a horizontal menu that follows your customers throughout their visit.

A fixed menu on top of the image carousel
As seen on some websites while browsing the web, fixed menus at the top of sites can be a real advantage for your store. By assisting your visitors’ navigation, the always-visible menu makes navigation between different categories faster and more intuitive.
Placed on your image carousel, your menu perfectly complements the style of your store. You can, of course, choose the color and font of the menu to perfectly match the carousel images.
Once the pages are scrolled down, the menu is displayed on a strip fixed at the top of the store. You can choose the color of the strip and the font of the menu on this strip.
The choice to display products in 3 or 4 columns
50% of you prefer products to be displayed in 3 columns, while the other half prefers 4 columns.
We decided to please everyone by letting you choose between 3 or 4 columns of products in the options of this Madrid template. This is taken into account on the homepage products and on all product listing pages in the store.
Images in a 3-level menu
Another novelty for Panierdachat, for this menu of the Madrid template. You can display the category image in the menu.

But also…
You asked for it, we added it, payment method logos are displayed in the footer of the template. This option will be available in 2020 on most other templates.
For a style that is just as clean and sophisticated, we haven’t displayed arrows on the sides of the home image carousel. The different slides can be scrolled with the points at the center bottom of the carousel or by sliding the images left or right.
A zoom effect occurs when hovering over visuals representing categories on the homepage. Your store will appear more dynamic 😉

Madrid highlights the menu and its categories, so it is especially suitable for stores with important categories for navigation.
The template has been designed for stores with a fairly large number of categories and subcategories.
